Summary

• add a desktop opencode_db_migrate command and frontend workspace recovery flow that stops the local engine, runs opencode db migrate, then retries local startup once
• add user-facing "Fix migration" actions in onboarding and Settings > Advanced, including localized success/failure/unsupported messaging in English and Chinese
• increase first local boot health timeout for host-start/bootstrap-local, and include AGENTS + Docker/Chrome MCP skill updates plus verification artifacts in pr/opencode-db-migration-recovery/

• Desktop-only migration controls require a local Tauri workspace context; current Chrome MCP capture environment was on remote workspace surface, so the screenshot set documents smoke validation and settings surfaces plus reproduction steps in pr/opencode-db-migration-recovery/testing.md.
